【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesanHPLC(high-performanceliquidchromatography)methodfordeterminingtheconcentrationsofcyclicoligomersofcaprolactam,from0,01%bymassupwards,andlinearoligomersofcaprolactam,from5mg/kgupwards,bothuptoandincludingthehexamerofcaprolactam(n=6),insamplesofpolyamide6,caprolactamandmixturesofrearrangementproductsinwater.However,ifthereisalargeexcessofcaprolactam(n=1)relativetothecyclicdimer(n=2),thelattercannotbedeterminedquantitatively.Forthesecases,analternativemethodisspecified.ThismethodusesHPLCtodeterminetheconcentrationsofcaprolactamandthecyclicdimerofcaprolactamatconcentrationsof0,01%bymassandhigherinsamplesofpolyamide6,caprolactamandmixturesofrearrangementproductsinwater.

【摘要】:ThispartofEN10246specifiestherequirementsformagneticparticleinspectionoftheend/bevelfaceattheendsofseamlessandweldedferromagneticsteeltubesforthedetectionoflaminarimperfections.ThispartofEN10246istobeusedforthedetectionoflaminarimperfectionsontheend/bevelfaceattheendsofplainendandbevelledendtubeswhichmayinterferewithsubsequentfabricationandinspectionoperations(e.g.welding,ultrasonicinspectionofthewelds).ThispartofEN10246maybeusedasanalternativetoorinadditiontoEN10246-17.ThispartofEN10246mayalsobeusedforthedetectionofimperfectionsotherthanlaminarimperfectionsontheend/bevelface.Inthiscase,magnetizationshallbeappliedinthedirectionessentiallyperpendiculartotheorientationoftheparticularimperfectionstobedetected.EN10246,Non-destructivetestingofsteeltubes,comprisesthepartsshowninAnnexA.
