【摘要】:(1)Part4.2ofEurocode3providesprinciplesandapplicationrulesforthestructuraldesignofverticalcylindricalabovegroundsteeltanksforthestorageofliquidproductswiththefollowingcharacteristicsa)characteristicinternalpressuresabovetheliquidlevelnotlessthan-100mbarandnotmorethan500mbar;b)designmetaltemperatureintherangeof-50℃to+300℃.Fortanksconstructednsingausteniticstainlesssteels,thedesignmetaltemperaturemaybeintherangeof-165℃to+300℃.Forfatigueloadedtanks,thetemperatureshouldbelimitedtoT<150℃;c)maximumdesignliquidlevelnothigherthanthetopofthecylindricalshell.(2)ThisPart4.2isconcernedonlywiththerequirementsforresistanceandstabilityofsteeltanks.OtherdesignrequirementsarecoveredbyEN14015forambienttemperaturetanksandbyEN14620forcryogenictanks,andbyEN1090forfabricationanderectionconsiderations.Theseotherrequirementsincludefoundationsandsettlement,fabrication,erectionandtesting,functionalperformance,anddetailslikeman-holes,flanges,andfillingdevices.(3)ProvisionsconcerningthespecialrequirementsofseismicdesignareprovidedinEN1998-4(Eurocode8Part4"Designofstructuresforearthquakeresistance:Silos,tanksandpipelines"),whichcomplementstheprovisionsofEurocode3specificallyforthispurpose.(4)ThedesignofasupportingstructureforatankisdealtwithinEN1993-1-1.(5)ThedesignofanaluminiumroofstructureonasteeltankisdealtwithinEN1999-1-5.(6)FoundationsinreinforcedconcreteforsteeltanksaredealtwithinEN1992andEN1997.(7)NumericalvaluesofthespecificactionsonsteeltankstobetakenintoaccountinthedesignaregiveninEN1991-4"ActionsonSilosandTanks".AdditionalprovisionsfortankactionsaregiveninannexAtothisPart4.2ofEurocode3.(8)ThisPart4.2doesnotcover:-floatingroofsandfloatingcovers;-resistancetofire(refertoEN1993-1-2).(9)Thecircularplanformtankscoveredbythisstandardarerestrictedtoaxisymmetricstructures,
