【摘要】:ThisEuropeanstandardspecifiesdetailedfunctionalrequirementsforthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofindustrialgasinstallationsoperatingabove0,5baranddomesticorcommercialgasinstallationsabove5bar.Fornon-industrial[domesticandcommercial]gasinstallationsupto5bar,EN1775applies.ThisEuropeanstandardalsoappliestogasinstallationsupto5barnotwithinthescopeofEN1775orotherEuropeanstandards,aswellastomixedinstallations[industrialandnon-industrial].Theinletconnectiontotheapplianceisnormallytheinletisolationvalvebutcanincludethepipeworkdownstreamofthisvalve-ifthispipeworkisnotcoveredbytheappliancestandard,thenthisstandardapplies.Therequirementsfordesign,materials,construction,inspectionandtestingofgasinstallationsover0,5barforindustrialinstallationsandgreaterthan5barforindustrialandnon-industrialinstallationsaregiveninprEN15001-1.Inthisstandardtheterm'gas'referstocombustiblegases,whicharegaseousat15℃and1,013mbarabsolutepressure.Thesegases,arecommonlyreferredtoasmanufacturedgas,naturalgasorliquidpetroleumgases(LPG).Theyarealsoreferredtoasfirst,secondorthirdfamilygases(seetable1ofEN437:1993).LPGstoragetanks(includingallancillariesfitteddirectlytothetanks)areexcludedseeEN14570.AlsoexcludedareLPGinstallationsandsectionsofLPGinstallationsoperatingatvapourpressure.Inthisstandard,allpressuresaregaugepressuresunlessotherwisestated.
