【摘要】:ThemainobjectofthispartofISO9276istoprovidethemathematicalbackgroundforthecharacterizationofaclassificationprocess.ThispartofISO9276isnotlimitedtoanapplicationinparticlesizeanalysis,thesameproceduremaybeusedforthecharacterizationofatechnicalclassificationprocess(e.g.airclassification,centrifugalclassification)oraseparationprocess(e.g.gasorhydrocyclones).Inclause3thecharacterizationofaclassificationprocessisdescribedunderthepresuppositionthatthedensitydistributioncurvesdescribingthefeedmaterialandthefractions,aswellastheoverallmassbalance,arefreefromerrors.Inclause4theinfluenceofsystematicerrorsontheefficiencyofaclassificationprocessisdescribed.TheeffectofstochasticerrorsinthecharacterizationofaclassificationprocessisdescribedinannexA.
