【摘要】:ThispartofISO10075establishesprinciplesandrequirementsforthemeasurementandassessmentofmentalworkloadandspecifiestherequirementsformeasurementinstruments.ThispartofISO10075providesinformationforchoosingappropriatemethodsandprovidesinformationonaspectsofassessingandmeasuringmentalworkloadtoimprovecommunicationamongthepartiesinvolved.ThispartofISO10075isintendedforusemainlybyergonomicexperts,forexample,psychologists,occupationalhealthspecialists,and/orphysiologists,withappropriatetraininginthetheoreticalbackgroundandusageofsuchmethods,aswellasintheinterpretationoftheresults.Theywillfindtheinformationneededwhendevelopingorevaluatingmethodsofmental-workloadassessment.Non-experts,e.g.employers,employeesandtheirrepresentatives,systemmanagersanddesigners,andpublicauthoritiescanfindusefulinformationfortheirorientationinthefieldofassessmentandmeasurementofmentalworkload,e.g.whatkindsofmethodsareavailable,whichcriteriaarerelevantintheevaluationofmeasurementinstrumentsandwhatkindofinformationtheyshouldrequireandobserveindecidingwhichinstrumentwillbesuitablefortheirpurposeandwhichcanbeused.NOTEATechnicalReportontheterminologyanduseofthispartofISO10075willbeavailableforfurtherinformationfornon-experts.ThispartofISO10075providesinformationonwhichtobaseawell-consideredchoiceforanappropriatemethodindifferentsituations.Therearealargenumberofdifferentmethodsavailablewhicharesuitablefordifferentpurposes,situationsanddifferentlevelsofprecision.Thereisaneedforeffectiveandefficientmethodsofmeasurement.TheinformationprovidedinthispartofISO10075willallowuserstoevaluatethetypeofmeasurementapproachmostsuitablefortheirspecificpurposes.ConformancewiththeprovisionsofthispartofISO10075hastobeprovidedbythedocumentationrequirements.
